Order Confirmation
For every order you place on our website, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order and summarizing the details of the order itself. A subsequent email will confirm the acceptance and processing of the order, and will provide the identifying details of the courier and the shipment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our aim is to ensure the complete satisfaction of the customer. If the customer decides to return the purchased goods once received, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty (according to the Consumer Code D.L. 21 Feb. 2014 n.21 in compliance with European regulations on e-commerce being implemented).
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to INFO@AIM-CARE.COM within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to communicate the intention to withdraw.
Once we receive such withdrawal communication, the customer will have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
By law, the contribution for the shipping costs related to the return of the goods is borne by the customer, using a carrier of their choice. The item must be returned intact, in the same conditions as at the time of receipt.
The item must be properly packaged in the SAME PACKAGING used for shipping to the customer or with suitable and resistant material suitable for transport. Other types of packaging or insufficient packaging that fail to maintain the integrity of the item and/or are damaged during transport will not be accepted. In this case, the item will be made available to the Customer for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
Lacouvette s.r.l. will refund the Customer, once the product is received and its integrity verified, the amount paid. Alternatively, at the customer's choice, the credit can be used for the replacement or purchase of another item.
IMPORTANT: Please include a copy of the paper purchase receipt found in the shipment in the return package.
Pursuant to art. 67, II paragraph, of the Consumer Code, it is a necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal that the product to be returned be substantially intact. The products must not have been damaged and/or altered.
For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, it is not necessary for the goods to be returned to be insured against theft and accidental damage during transport. However, since the risk of returning the goods rests with the buyer, AIM CARE s.r.l.s invites the buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal to insure, at their own expense, the shipment for the indicated value.
In accordance with art. 67, IV paragraph, of the Consumer Code, only after the return of the product and only after verifying compliance with the preceding points, AIM CARE s.r.l.s will proceed, as quickly as possible, to refund the sums paid by the user. The amount of the refund will be communicated by email and credited to the same means of payment used for the purchase or by bank transfer. The user's option to join current commercial offers remains valid.
